Does anyone use Mochi or Amazake?  I know the Mochi is GF.  Their
website confirms that but I'm not sure about Amazake.  I sent them an
email tonight and will report what I find out.  This could be wonderful
stuff for those of us that have to be gluten free AND dairy free.
