When I brought my Athlon Duron I had it clocked from a 700 to an 850. Over a
period of about 6 months it became more and more unstable until my PC was
virtually un-usuable so I had to put the clock speed back to 700. I know this
was not a software problem as I had reformated many times. This raises the
question of whether CPU's gradualy become more unstable. By setting it back
to 700 am I just prolonging the inevitable? Or will it be fine from now on?
