PC Chips makes boards that are resold under a variety of different
labels -- not generally premium performers, but reasonably good value
for the (low) price.

  Traditionally, you could usually make a good guess at what chipset
was used on a motherboard by knowing current sets and looking at the
board model.
  But I don't think that works in this case.  "810" looks very like
some recent Intel chipset numbers, but they wouldn't be compatible
with a Duron.

  Generally, I've tended to avoid peripherals included on the
motherboard; you pay extra for it up front, and even if you can
disable it in favour of something better, you've no way to pass it on
or get back any of your investment.
  Modems, NICs and sound cards, though, are both cheap and, for the
most part, not changing quickly, so getting them on the motherboard
is probably not such a bad deal.  I'm less certain about the onboard
video, although again if it's not good enough, it will be cheap
enough that you won't mind having it even if you decide to install
something else.

  You can probably find a comparable system somewhere close to
wherever you live, so I'd say it might come down to how close you are
to Las Vegas.
