I'm guessing and it flies in the face of what he states about EFA's not
being essential.

But, more and more Health Food Store mags have aritcles suggesting that the
butter consumption as a source of fat (previously to be avoided) is now
good because butter + olive oil will provide all the essential fatty acids.

These type of articles seem to becomming about to addressa some of the
adverse little things a high carb low fat diet can cause: such as split
nails, dry flaky skin and brittle hair.
