I received about 8 responses to my question about the pie shells.
It was a tie between those who liked them, and those who didn't.

Not knowing what else to do, I got up early this morning and made a pie.
It was pretty good, too!  I tested it on my husband (who is not a person
with celiac disease, and hates GF baked goods.)  It passed inspection.
