Ken,

I told myself the same thing, but once I retired less "strenuous"
activity became so much more attractive. I have concluded that I am a social
person and enjoy activities with others. What I need then is some group I
could walk treadmills with. One of my younger buddies from AA is a body
builder and he says all I need is to walk.
So, I need some folks to walk with. Is there such a thing as
"cyber-excerise"?? LOL

Bobby
