As long as the IP addresses that you set up manually conform to the
allowable ranges, you should be able to steer the clients back to the ICS
server by setting the ICS server IP address as the Default Gateway and the
DNS Server in the TCP/IP settings of your clients and rebooting.  Hopefully
that won't conflict with the settings that you needed to make your software
work, but ICS does not require that it is the DHCP server and that it
assigns all local IP addresses.
