Didn't you see thing thing on TV a few weeks ago (don't remember if it was
60 minutes or something else) about the US Dairy industry lobying to make
it ilegal to call anything other than cow's milk "milk"?  The main focus
was some of the soy milk products that are starting to catch on.  The
dairy people want these to be sold as "soy beverage" since it's not milk
(according to them).  Going by their argument, goat's milk isn't milk
either.
