Actually, I don't keep up with DNA Science so I might be wrong by saying
this but I feel that they can tell a great amount more about a person's
make-up from mouth samples instead of blood samples. It might be safer
sometimes too, but it's a guess on my part.

No, they rubbed some weird thing in my mouth. apparantly they've gone
above blood samples and using saliva for DNA testing now, at least in Ohio.
