Dr. Mercola, on his website <www.mercola.com>, recommends juicing and
talks about different brands of juicers. There are some very good, very
expensive ones available (maybe Vita-mix and Champion??). I recall that
he recommends the Krups as being perhaps not quite as good, but entirely
adequate, and a fraction of the price--if cost is a concern. (You can
save your $$$ for that pasture-fed beef!) I think he recommends keeping
the pulp with the juice, and avoiding carrot juice (too high glycemic).
