months of stability. My diet is quite high in animal fats and various
oils, nuts and seeds, and a fair amount of fruit. So it does work for
some people. I hope to take off a couple more pounds. I exercise
aerobically a fair amount.

I agree, I lose weight on no carb but get very short tempered. A small
carb at every meal prevents that. My goal is to stay low carb without
going crazy about it and counting every mouthful.
