Greetings,
I have experienced this as well. Things that I used to eat in amazing
quantities now cause me great sickness in even the smallest dosage. Eating
out is a very good example since that is where I tend to get into trouble
most often. I think this is because the average restuarant will put
*anything* in food if it tastes good and is profitable.
There is also the issue that having consumed "bad" things for so long that I
may have built up a sensitivity to certain things and now just a tiny bit
sends me reeling. This is merely a personal theory however.
