Thanks to all you folks who responded to my question about constipation
being a symptom of celiac in infants. I have been too computer-virus-
challenged recently to summarize... and I received maybe 40 emails...
But here's what folks said:

TEST THE BABY!! Yes, constipation is often a symptom. 10% of the
time. And folks recommended Dr. Fine's testing as less invasive. Lots
of other suggestions about other allergies, esp. to dairy.

Thank you all again. I feel that my friend's sister has some good
support now for confronting her doctors... Thanks to the folks who
included medical journal articles, etc...

Carolyn
