A friend of mine is coeliac and her sister just had a baby.  The baby
cries non-stop and is constantly constipated.  My friend suggested that
she be tested for coeliac, but the doctors rolled their eyes and said
that if it was coeliac, the baby would have diarrhea.  The baby's
problems with coeliac are so serious, it seems to me irresponsible for
them not to test...

So... does anybody know if coeliac can cause constipation/constant
crying?  any info on infant symptoms would be VERY helpful, especially
if the info is from doctors or from a medical institution.
