Thanks Susan,
Do you all want to know the ironic thing about my fall on Monday?? I
tripped over the quad cane that I have recently started using to help
STABILISE my balance! Clearly I'm not entirely used to using it yet.
The pain in my hand has receeded, but I have a lovely purple (hey, it
matches most of my wardrobe!) bruise on the left third finger, and my
flexibility has lessened. Going to the doc on Friday though to have
her look at it.
The scariest thing was that it brought up my fears of losing my
independence and mobility....not pleasent to deal with as I am sure we
all know. :-(

Rayna and Paige,
I'm sorry to hear of your recent injuries. I use crutches and it has
often occurred to me that even a slight injury to the fingers or wrist of
either hand could significantly impact my mobility and independence. I hope
you feel better soon. Susan
