Thanks to all who replies to my query about where to get rice polish.
Unfortunately, everyone had only one source: Ener-g foods, which is
very pricey  $2.80-3.55/lb. No one knew of a bulk source. Since this
is a by-product of rice milling, it seems that there should be an
abundance of the stuff, and it should be quite inexpensive, but no
leads so far. I even did a web search.
