Hi Ray,
       i enquired about this to amd as mine was running at 50 degrees and
was told this perfectly ok as they were made to withstand much higher
temperatures when made.since then i have installed a a case extractor fan in
a spare pci slot and this has reduced the temperature greatly.hope this
helps.
