I missed something. Are you using a regular dial-up connection? If so you
only need one NIC in each computer for the network, and nothing else for
ICS, except to have it installed on the machine with the modem. Until last
week when I got cable access, I have used this method since 98SE came out,
which was my sole reason for buying it.
