This will certainly not apply to everyone, however I have severe DH and
find that iodine on my skin causes severe breakouts in the area touched,
however eating things like shellfish in moderation has not bothered me as
much... I have had some serious replies from angry people telling me that
you can't live without iodine and while this is true people like me who
are sensitive to iodine have to keep it to a minimum...  Seems to me all
of us with DH react differently.. I find shampoos and underarm deoderants
to irritate me as well, some folks don't... Go figure!

Just making a statement!  Anyone else have a simular reaction to iodine?
