Okay... for those of you who are interested, I spoke at length to Jim Green
at Kettle Foods and this is what he had to say:  All of the Kettle Chips
EXCEPT the salsa with mesquite are gluten free.  They are all produced on
the same lines however and so technically there is a risk of cross-
contamination.  He assured me that they are very conscientious and the
lines are cleaned thoroughly between runs.  He even went on to say that
they are currently in the process of changing the recipe of the
salsa/mesquite chips and thereby removing the gluten component altogether.

I have been and will continue to use this product for my daughter.  I hope
this information is helpful...
