I agree that running played a big part in our ancestors lives. Not that long
ago american indians were running down deer, hows that for a method of
hunting. Unfortunatley running for me is not advisable because of my age and
the condition of my knees. I haven't been able to read much of Devanys
stuff. Where do I find it?
