I use GTC, General Telecomm, for 5 cents a minute, 24/7, in the U.S,
except maybe not in Alaska & Hawaii. No monthly fee. But I have ATT long
distance on my other line so I can get free long distance information
using 555-1212 after the area code. Also, you can get a phone card at
Costco that charges about 4.8 cents a minute and has cheap international
rates.
