Fruit is bred to be sweet, so it is feeding your natural sugar addiction. I'd
steer clear of fruit in general, because you will tend to eat too much. Eat
more nuts - these are high in fat and will satiate you quickly. Also seeds,
like sunflower or pumpkin.
