Hi everyone, sorry for delay of summary of my request for restaurants in
the Niagara Falls area - I've been away.  I had a couple of requests for
the same info, so I decided to post to the list.

- 1 person said Swiss Chalet chicken wings, chicken, sauce are GF - they do
not contaminate oils but you can request clean oil or use the "weekend
fryer" and they will comply - call the manager and explain the weekend
fryer- they had excellent service.

- 1 person gave a website www.geocities.com/glutenfreetoronto/ which gives
restaurants in the Toronto area.

- 1 person gave another website for their restaurant page for places that
are only 15 mins from Niagara Falls - Buffalo area www.glutenfreeinwyny.com
and they are familiar with the diet.

- Someone else also replied to the entire list with a lot of info on this
subject.
