My daughter is also allergic (reacting anaphylactically). Goat's milk was
NOT a good option.  It contains high amounts of casein and other proteins
very similar to cow's milk proteins, and often triggers reactions in people
allergic to cow's milk.  A better option is soy milk (although I don't know
about wheat content). We use Westsoy Plus because it is fortified with the
same amount and types of nutrients that are found in cow's milk.  Hope this
