Sandi,
Visit www.gfcfdiet.com for ideas for following a gluten free and casein free
(dairy free) diet.  A safe commercial foods page is listed and product
updates are frequently posted.  It also discusses the goat milk question.
For my gfcf son, he uses the liquid Mocha Mix non-dairy creamer (parve) and
I have used it in baking & seen no problems.
