I'm in the exact same position except that I have high functioning autism
instead of CP. For finding things to do, I suggest learning HTML, which you
can use to get a job later on. I'm a computer technician and i'm self taught
by books and stuff. You can join chat rooms and read and stuff. I was in a
nursing home for a few months when I broke alot of bones in a fire that
burned down my house. Most of what I did was spend alot of time on the
internet. Find out if there is a center of Independent living in your area
and ask what services they can provide to help you learn to live more
independently. Anso you can contact your local UCP and Easter Seals for other
agencies. ALso you can find out what little there is to do whereever you
live .

I know what it's like too. I have had girlfriends online. one of whom i've
also met in real life but alas, I too am currently alon and making friends is
hard for me much less finding a girlfriend.
