I received the following message for the makers of Nu-Zymes, which I
mistakenly wrote as Nu Enzymes. They are multiple types of digestive enzyeme.

Dear Carol-

You should be fine taking Nu-Zymes. Many people with your condition use
it. Please visit http://www.mphelp.com/ for specific information on how
Nu-Zymes is made. It does not contain any wheat, or grains. The machines
are sterilized before making Nu-Zymes to prevent cross contamination

The site states:
Every capsule of Nu-Zymes contain amylase, protease, lactase, lipase,
cellulase, acidophilus and CereCalase. All the enzymes are plant derived from
non-allergenic plants. It contains no corn, wheat, dairy, gluten, soy, sugar,
salicylates or casein. This formula is natural and safe for both children and
adults to take daily
