I was told a few weeks ago by a nurse that lack of magnesium
intensifies muscle spasms, have been taking it for nearly a month, but
apparently it takes six to eight weeks to take effect, here's hoping
it does. I found anti inflammatories didn't work at all.

Ken, replace your current anti-inflammatory with Vit C at 1,500 units daily and
start Devil's Claw at 1 tablet three times daily. Also, if you're not already,
start taking magnesium (cheleated) at 400mg morning and evening. Helps with
fatigue, which concurrently addresses inflammation issues.
