Dear Listmates,

We are in the process of changing out the appliances in our house and are
thinking about getting a new stove/oven with a convection oven option.  Has
anyone used a convection oven to bake gluten free breads, etc.?  I don't
want to make this baking stuff anymore complicated but it would certainly
be nice to spend less time at it.

Thanks for any replies in advance.  I'm new to this, but joining the list
has helped a lot.  Thanks everyone!
