I am so sorry; that was another one of my infamous brain farts.  I feel like
I should go sit in the corner now.

I have a friend with something close to MD.  Her muscles are slowly dying.
She's such a sweet, vibrant person with lots of energy; she deserves a
longer, healthier life.  As John F. Kennedy once said, life's not always
fair.  He was so right.
