I have a student who is using OpenBook with an HP5200. When he tries to
scan, the scanner sounds like it is going to scan, OpenBook says "scanning,"
but then the scanner stops and nothing happens. Sometimes, if he waits five
to ten minutes, it will just start scanning, but sometimes nothing happens.
We have checked all connections and have performed an HP scanner test;
everything seems to be in order. Any suggestions? Thanks.
