Hi All

I have a Packard Bell, Club 40b Computer, which I bought
new about 2 years ago.
Yesterday I bought a 20gb WD205BA hard drive to
replace the existing 3.3gb.

Switching on the computer, the PB screen comes up, I
then press F2 for setup, the bios screen comes up
asking for a password. When I bought the computer
from a computer super store the boxes were not
opened and were sealed with PB tape I guess the bios
password was put on by the manufacture.

Can anyone Please help with the following,

1, Does anyone now what the password might be ?

2. Is they a way of bypassing the password to allow
     access to the bios ?

3, When I have access to the bios, is it better to use
Lifeguard EZ-install which came with the new drive
to transfer the info from the 3.3gb to the 20gb.
Or is it better to use the disks which came with the
     computer ?
(2, PB cdroms, marked, 1, master 2, master.
      1, PB floppy bootdisk)

All text files are backed up to floppy, I would
like to finish up with 1, hd with a 20gb partition.

Any help appreciated,

TIA,

Richard.
