For a cheap mouse, I would say A4 Tech mouse, they are really cheap ($10 you
can buy 3 two button mice), and the quality is not bad at all. I use this
cheap mouse myself, each cheapest mouse can lead me through a year or longer
(once I felt the mouse is going slower, I changed another one, I'm using my
third A4 Tech mouse now), and I do play games, they feel alright to play any
game (fast and smooth). A4 Tech also has wheel mice, much cheaper than MS or
Logitech.
