Hi there,
I am always experimenting and trying to make life interesting food wise.
I have bought some amaranth flour, the packet says it is gluten free.
However, I don't have any recipes that use it. What do you use it
for?What sort of properties does it have?
Does anyone have some recipes that use it? I would appreciate any
suggestions.
