Oops, a careful reader caught my mistake: the Ener-G muffins are not brown
rice, but in fact bean flour. That's why they are not as dry. Here is the
description from Ener-G's website, and for those who asked how to get them,
go to
www.ener-g.com or call 1-800-331-5222.

"Muffins, Brown English

Free of: Gluten, wheat
Ingredients: Filtered water, garfava flour (garbonzo flour and fava bean
flour) tapioca starch, cold pressed safflower oil, sweet potato flour,
gluten-free yeast, methylcellulose, Ener-G Egg Replacer (potato starch,
tapioca starch, calcium lactate, methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, citric
acid) xanthan gum, salt.

Brown English Muffins, package of 4 (they are BIG)
    Item number: 4165 $3.69 "
