If she's scoring at mid 2nd grade level that means she's only 6 months
behind, not a year.  That's still within a typical range.  She could be
scoring at the level if the test was timed and she reads slower.

Bobby, sorry I wasn't clear, they were 2 separate tests.  One was a reading
test, and the one she scored the 118 on was an IQ test.

On the reading test she came out on a mid second grade level.
