HELLO LISTMATES.
i wish to say a huge THANK YOU to all your responses of help,
encouragement and even hugs!
i was just so depressed when i posted and for that i am sorry. too much
for me in the last 6 months and this just was the icing. (my 57 year old
mom died of pancreatic cancer in january)

Ziac is indeed gf according to several emails. and there is nothing
more to worry about with having hypertension and having celiac, i did
not think so, but hey you never know! if there was something, you guys
would know.

i really can not thank you all enough. you all are a great resource and
a comfort to me.

btw, i bought a cuff tonight and have not had any blood pressure
readings higher than 118/77 so far,. so i am kind of confused and will
be calling the doctor tommorrow... the cuff could be very inaccurate, or
maybe the nurse was! so who knows now! SO i will be going back
tommorrow to find out everything i was too shocked to ask and to get
another blood pressure reading but by the doc this time. this may have
been a mistake. but if it wasnt then i know i can deal with this thanks
to all your support and help. things could be worse after all. i am
happy to "know" such wonderful loving people on this list.
thank you all again.
