Hello, I have read a few times about a food list to help people with
GERD, like what to avoid as far as combinations etc. I have never gotten
any good info on this from my doc, and now i am between docs. I do know
tomatoes give my problems, but could someone please forward me their
list. My neighbor has GERD and liver cancer and now with her suffering
so, i just had to post and ask.. i was just being lazy before! i did not
receive any info on GERD or celiac when i was diagnosed originally, but
the internet has literally saved my life and so has this list. i shudder
to think what people without a computer are doing to their bodies..
sorry to bother those w/o gerd, please feel blessed. i also am planning
on getting pregnant again this month ( cross my fingers) and i know last
time the gerd was unbearable, so any other advice about pregnancy would
be appreciated. i was not diagnosed with celiac the first time around!

thanks so much for any replies! it will be doubly appreciated!
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!
