Hi Anee,

  If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to be seen by a
rheumatologist and have the "trigger point" exam done - a definitive test for
fibromyalgia. Fatigue, sweats, mental confusion, achiness, are all components of
fibro. If there is a history of rheumatoid arthritis in your family (conditions
are related), you should have this possibility explored. Also, if you haven't
already, have an echocardiogram done to rule out any undiagnosed heart condition
that may be lurking.
