Hi Anee, If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to be seen by a rheumatologist and have the "trigger point" exam done - a definitive test for fibromyalgia. Fatigue, sweats, mental confusion, achiness, are all components of fibro. If there is a history of rheumatoid arthritis in your family (conditions are related), you should have this possibility explored.
