One of you suggested that I differentiate between g and mg.  The statistic I
learned is that 0.1 g of gluten/day can cause intestinal damage.  This is
equivalent to 100 mg.  A lot of pills contain around 100 mg of the active
chemical you need.  However, the filler (often made of wheat) may be a lot
MORE than 100 mg in weight.
