Thanks to all of you for your responses concerning my recent confusion.
They were all very, very helpful.  After reading the advice from many of
you, I am almost positive I have other food allergies in addition to Celiac
Disease.  I may be wrong here, but I am guessing from the responses I have
that Celiacs often have other food allergies too.  I guess I may fit in to
that category as well.

In addition, I meant no harm to Dietary Specialties.  I am sure they are an
excellent company, and I look forward to ordering from them in the future -
once I figure out what is bothering me.

I felt like I was losing my mind this morning trying to figure out what was
contaminated.  Now I feel like I have a head start on figuring out what
else is wrong with me.
