Greetings Listmembers,
This is my first post to the list. I am newly diagnosed with CD (1
month and counting!), and a new member to this list. I have also had DH
for 30 years. I am MOST grateful for all the information this list
provides and I look forward to reading your posts everyday!

I have noticed a lot of posts from members who are about to travel
asking for information, and was wondering if anyone had tried a site
that I found ( 1-888-inn-seek) that lists "Gluten Free Inns" across the
US? It currently lists 98 Inns as gluten free. I have no affiliation
with either the site or any of the Inns, but was just impressed to even
FIND that there are GF Inns, and I thought that some of you may also
find it helpful. I was also wondering if anyone had stayed at any of
these Inns and could give info on the experiences they had? Here is a
link to the site:

Being new, I have lots of questions but want to keep it brief too!
How long does it take for this diet to become "second nature"? Are there
any chinese foods that are GF? How do you keep from losing weight? (I've
lost 5 lbs in 1 month from 124lbs to 119lbs not eating all the "junk
food/breads/cakes" I used to eat, I did NOT have problems with
malnourishment to start with) Is there a good sandwich bread or recipe
for one? Sorry for the length, I just have a lot to learn! Any and all
info would be greatly appreciated!
