HI everyone

Last Saturday I had a severe reaction (fainting, diarhhea, nausea) after
accidental ingestion of wheat. We attended a dinner and had prime rib.
I called the caterer after being sick and found that they baste -
heavily- the meat in a wheat base. I am still not feeling the best and
had a reaction last night (Friday a week later) but am not sure what
caused it. Has anyone ever had reaction a week later still? The only
other thing I had this week that was a little different was MOO GOO GAI
PAN with steamed rice which is supposed to be safe and a couple candy
coated Hersheys eggs. I appreciate any comments or personal
observations.

Thanks so much.
