"wombn" was so kind to provide such a list (by prive mail).

It shows some interesting stuffs high in RELATIVE tryptophan
(according to my idea above).
Some items with the best ratios i've listed below.
As rough rule of thumb: medication of 5-htp (intermediate
betweed try and serotonin) was seen at 30-50 mg.
Kelp, breadnuttree, dates sesame pork, game meat and brazils
range top at the list (beef is down).
Someone interested in serotonin at the evening might try
at least 50mg (would be 0.050 for the 100g list below)
or a multiple together with some carbo in the evening.
A multiple for niacin deficient in the food (60 to 1 for niacin conversion).

My further request to english speaking people here:
Please, what are "breadnuttree" and "winged beans"???
I haven't any dictionary containing it, babelfish also refuses to
translate it.
Who knows and can describe it please help.
