Squats, if performed correctly, are the king of weightlifting.  If
performed incorrectly, you will kill your knees and spine.  Dr. Kim can
give you more of the pitfalls.  The bench press would be the queen.  If
performed incorrectly, you risk your elbows, shoulders and back (if you arch).
