Foods Labeled "Kosher for Passover" must have all ingredients listed. There
is no cross-contamination worry. The item can be considered GF if the package
has written on it none of the following: no gebraets
              matzo
              cake
              cake meal or flour
              farfel

If you are Jewish, you probably already know all this. However, for those of
us who are not Jewish please be advised there are many ways to spell matzo,
but the variations all seem obvious.

Thank you to everyone who responded. It was very kind and Very Much
appreciated.
