Every 6 - 8 weeks a random drive fails, random times, usually when no
activity on network. Different drives. Sometimes they re-build, sometimes
they refuse. Today it is refusing to re-build. After re-booting the sytem
the drives are rebuildable again, for another 6 - 8 weeks.
