Speaking of enzymes, the cancer people (especialy alternative) feel that
enzymes (trypsin and chymotrypsin) are needed to break down the protein
coating on cancer cells, also it takes these enzymes to digest animal protein.
Therefore eating large quantities of animal can cause there to be insufficient
enzymes to digest the protein coating especially in cancer patients.
